If you have received a postcard stating that you need to make an appointment, please call 559-228-6913, 559-228-5304 or 559-228-5322.
Changing an Appointment
If you cannot keep an existing appointment, please contact us as soon as you are aware you cannot make your appointment. This call will allow us to reschedule you sooner, as well as, schedule another Veteran for the original appointment date and time.
